Minimum Order
Jupiter LED Lighting has no minimum order requirements. Orders of any size are welcome, from a single bulb to a full fleet.
3. Orders and Payment
When you request a quote or place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if the product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated in your quote response or invoice. Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated as part of your quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds or credits are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. All returns are subject to our review and approval.
6. Warranty
Jupiter LED Lighting warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period stated on the product page. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
